Official Contest Rules

This contest is open only to residents of the 50 U.S. States and District of Columbia. Employees of Cutters Gloves, their advertising and promotion agencies and their family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Winners will be notified within a month of deadline, and prizes will be awarded upon confirmation of contact information. Cutters will safeguard all personal information collected in accordance with our privacy policy, and will contact a parent or guardian should the winner be a minor. Cutters reserves the right to substitute prize or any portion thereof of equal or greater value. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Cutters, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to Cutters to use winner's name, likeness, and/or design for purposes of advertising and trade without compensation.
